Wine Logo
Illustration
Three logo variations were created for a California-based wine company, each representing a different wine type: Cabernet, Chardonnay, and Rosé. The logo is an illustration of a deer mixed with a grape shape, which unites the three logos and creates a cohesive visual identity for the company.
This wine company named Deer Valley stands as a true embodiment of innovation, craftsmanship, and the bountiful terroir that defines the region. The logo illustration for the California-based wine company should capture the company that embraces a spirit of modernity and creativity.
Considering the following guidelines for the logo illustration, I created a design combining the organic shape of a grape with a deer head silhouette. Elements that convey modernity and creativity qualities, such as subtle geometric patterns, fluid, and polished lines were added to the final design.
The three final logo designs were prototyped on wine bottles to assess their impact and suitability in a real-world setting. By physically applying the logos onto wine bottles, the intention was to demonstrate how they interacted with the bottle shape, label dimensions, and overall packaging aesthetics.
